Payment:
Orders will be paid in advance. An order is only considered as such when paid. Once paid, get shipment ready may take us up to 4-5 days. Should have made a mistake and did not have stock of the product ordered, we will refund the money immediately.
Shipping:
We ship through registered Post. Shipping Time: 10-20 days normally. Please do not buy if you are in a hurry, buy only if you can wait.
Possible problems with shipments:
- If after 30 days fron shipment, parcel has not arrived, we'll start a claim with the Post Office and once they confirm the package is lost, we will proceed to reshipping or refund.
- If a package is destroyed at customs, we will take care.
- If you have to pay customs fees, we are not responsible, although doesn't usually happen.
- If you do not collect the package, we will not be responsible for that.
About products:
Sizes: Each shirt is made with a different pattern and a M of a team can be equivalent to a L on another team. There is no uniform sizing.
If you are not sure which size to take, you can provide us your shirt's desired width, from armpit to armpit, which is the best reference, and we will take the closest size to your specification. You can't choose width and lenght since there are not so many sizes, We'll take the specified width with the length it has.
Quality: Copies of Thailand have very good reputation in terms of quality, but that does not mean they are perfect or exactly the same as the originals. Remember you are buying a copy, four times cheaper than the original, so small differences or flaws are acceptable and not claimable.
We only print player names on our shirts, we don't do custom names.
The names and numbers: Factories do not produce all namesets in highest quality. They usually focus on big teams and top players. Namesets for small teams or less famous players may have to be made in cut vinyl layers. The quality is not always the same and some details may be missed.
Different versions of shirts: As it is well known, there are often different versions of each shirt, different competitions with different badges, advertising, original player version, etc. We may not have all available and if the client does not specify a particular one, we do understand that either version will do. Any details that buyer deems necessary should be specified.
We will normaly not refund money for received purchases.
Possible Problems with orders:
- Missing a shirt in a multiple shirts order. This can be checked with the weight of the package in the post office ticket. It is found that something is missing, we will replace it or refund your missing amount.
- Missing patches, labels, etc. In this case we would send what is missing, patches or labels, but not whole shirts.
- Errors of size or model: In this case, we would resource to intermediate solutions as partial refunds or discounts on future orders (That pattern is larger or smaller than expected is not an error of size).
- The shirts have a serious flaw: In this case, pictures to prove will be asked to make a decision.
- The client believes that the shirts are not as perfect as he supposed them to be. Some detail is different from the original or there is some flaw in the garment. Sorry, but in this case, nothing will be done by us.
